ORDINANCE NO. 797. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, A~qENDING ORDINANCE NO. ?92 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE MOVING OF BUILDINGS THROUGH OR UPON' PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS, LANES AND SO FORTH BY REDUCING THE FEE TO BE PAID FOR ADDITIONAL SQUARE FEET OVER 500 IN HOUSE TO BE MOI~ED. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ann, do ordalm am follows, to-wit: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. ~92 and Section IV. thereof, ~be amended by chasgi~g said aectiom IV to read as follows: "SECTION IV. Before the issuance of amy permit hereunder, the aoplicamt shall deposit the sum of $200.00 with the City Clerk, pP~vided however, that if the amount chaPEeable hereunder for issuance of a permit~is lm emcess of $50.00, the ~ppllca~t shall deposit the sum of $100.00 Im addition to the sum cha~geable hereunder for the per- mit, a~d from said deposit the SupePimte~dent of StPeet~ shalI deduct the sum of $10.00 for the IssUance of the permit for the moving of a building co~tat~ing not over 500 square feet of total floor space, tmclu~Img the flooP space of amy floor or part thereof above the first fl~or, a,d $.10 fop each additional square foot or p~Pt thereof, a~d also the sum of $20.00 fop each twenty-four (24) hours or f~actlo~ thereof during which the huildlmg occupies a~y p~rtlon of a public street i~ ~he operatie, of moving in excess of the flr~t twenty-four gECTION II. That ail ether p~rts of Ordinance No. 792 shall remat~ in full force and effect. SECTION III. The City Clerk shall cause this ordimance to be published three times i~ the Santa A~a Daily Eye,lng Register amd it shall be im full force and effect thirty~(30) days thereafter.
