Section 8. The owner Or persons entitled to the control of any animal impounded ~a2 ~ a~4~ time before the said sale or other disposition thereof redeem the same by paying the Po~d-keep~ all fees and charges thereon and if a dog by payln~ for tag and registration~thereof in addition thereto if unpaid. Section 9. All persons owning or having under their control vicious or dangerous doss shall keep the same securely muzzled and within an inclosure or in charge of some person in their employ and the Pound-keeper and his deputies are hereby
