ORDINANCE NO. 840 AN OFJDINANCE A~IENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE UPON NORTH BROADWAY BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE AND FIFTEENTH STREET, ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STR}~U~T, FRO~ SINGLE RESIDENCE ZONE TO TWO FAN]ILY &ND APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT OF NOT MORE THAN TWO (2) STORIES IN HEIGHT ZONE. The City Council of the City of Santa Aaa do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aaa is hereby amended, and the zone upon North Broadway, between ~ashlngton Avenue and Fifteenth Street, on both sides of said street is hereby changed from single famil residence zone to two family and apartment house district of not more than two (2) stories in height zone, as defined by Zoning Ordinance No. 809. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published thI'ee (3) times in the Santa Aaa Daily Evening Register, a daily new spaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and said ordinance shall take effect thlrt (50) days from the date of its final passage.
