104 ORIX NANCE NO. 852 AN ORD!~ANCE ~NDING ORDINANCE NO. 825, PROVIDING FOR THE APPOIN~fENT OF A CITY POUND KEEPER AND FIXING HIS SALARY. follows: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana do ordain as Section 1. That Section I of Ordinance No. 825 of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That a City Pound Keeper shall be appointed by the City Council and he shall take and have charge of the City Pound, and shall receive a salary of $50.00 per month, plus one-fourth of all fees collected under the terms of said ordinance bY the City of Santa ~a, for the preceding month, payable monthly in the same manner aa other appointive officers of said City are paid." Section 2. That the Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper.printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa-Ana and thirty (SO) days after its final passage it shall take effect and be in force; 1928.
