ORDINANCE NO. 853. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING 0HDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE UPON VAN NESS AVENUE, BETWEEN EIGHTH STREET AND LINE STREET, ON BOTH SIDES OF SAID STREET, AND UPON THE PROPERTY SITUATED ON ~HE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF T~NTH AND RIV~RINE STRUTS, F~0M SINGLE FA~ilLY RESIDENCE ZONE, TO TWO FAMILY AND APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT OF NOT MORE THAN TWO STORIES IN HEIGHT ZONE. as follows: The City Council of the City of Santa Ana do ordain Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of 3~nta Aha is hereby amended, and the zone upon Van Ness Avenue, betwee~ Eighth Street and Lime Street, on both sides of said street, and the zone upon the property situated on the Southeast corner of Tenth and Riverine Streets, are hereby cha~ed frmm Single Fmnily Residenc~ Zones to Two Family and Apartment House District of not more than Two Stories in Height Zone, as defined by Zoning 0rdinsnce No. 809. Section 2. The City Clerk shall .certify to the passage of ~lis ordinance and cause the same to be published three' (3) times in the Santa Ana Dsily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed and published and ciruclated in the City of Santa Ana, and said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
