amended, ORDINANCE NO. 8~9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE UPON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LYING WEST OF MAIN STREET HEAR ANAHURST PLACE, I~OH~~OD~8~ E~E ~0 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL BNSTRICT ZONE~ The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Kanta Ana is hereby and the zone upon all that certain r~al property described as follows, to-wit: That portion of the North half (N 1/2) of the South half (S 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE~l/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 24, Township 8 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&.M., lying East of the center line of Broadway, as shown on a map of Tract No. 59V,~ as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, page ? of Miscellaneoum Maps, Records of Orange County, California, if said Broadway were extended South. EXCEPTING the following parcels: Parcel 1. Con~cing at the Southeast corner of said North Half of the South half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 24, thence North 138.25 feet; thence West 883 feet; thence South 138.25 feet; thence East 583 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2. The East 33 feet included in Main Street. Subject to a right of way for ingress and egress over a strip of land 60 feet wide lying North of and adjoining the property described as Parcel i in the exceptions above described. Said rights of way being those granted in deeds of record from Tanrer Montgomery and wife. Reserving a right of way for street purposes over the West 35 feet of said premiseS, · is hereby changed from neighborhood business zone to light industrial district zone, as defined by Zoning Ordinance No. 809. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ~dinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, and published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
