That Zoaing Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa. ~na is hereby amenaed, and the zone upou that certain real property known as 122.~ North Ross Street is hereby changed from ,q~ngle Family Residence Zone to Two Family and Apartment House District of Not ~ore Than Two (2) Stories in Height Zone, a~ defined by Zoning Ordinance No. 809. Section 2.
