RESOLUTION NO. 6~-1~2 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> READVERTISE~NT <br />ASSESSPENT DISTRICT NO. 229, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED b.y the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, <br />California in regular session assembled this 20th day of September, <br />1965 that said City Council hereby rejects the only proposal and bid <br />received for tbm doing of the work in this improvement district, that <br />of FAMCO CONSTRUCTION CO. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of <br />said City of Santa Ana shall readvertise for sealed proposals or bids <br />for the doing of the work and making the improvements described in <br />Resolution of Intention Number 65-119 adopted August 2, 1965, and that <br />the time hereby fixed for receiving said sealed proposals or bids is the <br />12th day of October, 1965 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. Said sealed <br />proposals or bids shall be delivered to and opeD~d, examined, and declared <br />by the Purchasing Agent of said City of Santa Ana, California, at a <br />public hearing calle9 by said Purchasing Agent in his office in the City <br />Hall, Santa Aha, California at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, the 12th <br />day of October, 1965.
