RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 65-119 <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 229 <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa Ama, <br />in regular session assembled this 2nd day of August, <br />hereby resolve and detemine as follows: <br /> <br />California, <br />1965, does <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: That it is the intention of said City Council, <br />after acquiring jurisdiction so to do pursuant to the provisions of <br />Article XIII, Section 17 of the Constitution and Division 4 of the <br />Streets and Highways Code of the State of California~ and Sections <br />7230 to 7233, inclusive, of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, to order <br />the following work to be done or improvements to be made in said <br />City of Santa Aha, California, to wit: <br /> <br /> The construction and installation of an eight inch extra <br />strength vitrified clay pipe sewer line, with four inch extra <br />strength vitrified clay pipe sewer laterals, and including standard <br />manholes, rock bedding as required, trenching, backfilling, pave- <br />ment replacement, and appurtenances and appurtenant work, in the <br /> <br />following public streets within said City of Santa Aha: <br /> 1. N~WHOPE STREET. <br /> <br /> In Newhope Street from the existing manhole of the Orange <br />County Sanitation District located in the cu~aaon intersection of <br />Newhope Street and Edinger Avenue; thence Easterly in said inter- <br />section eight feet to a manhole to be constructed; thence Northerly <br />from said intersection parallel and eight feet Easterly from the <br />center line of Newhope Street to a manhole to be constructed in the <br />co,~on intersection of Newhope Street and Regent Drive, five feet <br /> <br />South of the center line of Regent Drive. <br /> 2.
