RESOLUTION 65-157 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE
<br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ELIAS C. DELGADO and MARY DELGADO have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated September 16, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, east of Western
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $3,585.00 and certain remedial
<br />work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 870519-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, GLEN W. WALTERMIRE and MARGARET R. WALTERMIRE have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated August 18, 1965, conveying ease-
<br />ments for street purposes at the northeast corner of Eighth Street
<br />and Pacific Avenue in consideration of the sum of $2,785.00 and
<br />certain remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to
<br />be handled through Escrow No. 53762-C with Security Title Insurance
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, NORRIS I. MACKEL and LOIS V. MACKEL have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated August 31, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, west of Pacific
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $2,145.00 and certain remedial
<br />work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 872590-hrb with First American Title Insurance ~ Trust
<br />Company, Santa Aha, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, CONSTANTINO CENDEJAS, JR. and RAQUEL CENDEJAS have
<br />delivered to the City a deed dated September 16, 1965, conveying an
<br />easement for street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, east
<br />of Western Avenue,in consideration of the sum of $690.00 and certain
<br />remedial work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be
<br />handled through Escrow No. 870512-hrb with First American Title
<br />Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, JOE C. RUIZ and EVANGELINA O. RUIZ have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated September 16, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, at Western
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $805.00 and certain remedial
<br />work to be done by the city; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 870511-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, MANUEL F. FELIX and EDILIA G. FELIX have delivered to
<br />the City a deed dated August 31, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the north side of Eighth Street, west of Pacific
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $1,500.00 and certain remedial
<br />work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 872580-hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, ~UtNUEL C. RODRIGUEZ has delivered to the City a deed
<br />dated September 16, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes
<br />on the north side Of Eighth Street, east of Raitt Street, in consider-
<br />ation of the sum of $780.00 and certain remedial work to be done by
<br />the City; said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 870524-
<br />hrb with First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Santa Ana,
<br />California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, NORMAN BURGESS and CARRIE M. BURGESS have delivered
<br />to the City a deed dated September 16, 1965, conveying an easement for
<br />street purposes on the south side of Eighth Street, east of Western
<br />Avenue, in consideration of the sum of $900.00 and certain remedial
<br />work to be done by the City; said transaction is to be handled through
<br />Escrow No. 870526-hrb with First American Title Insurance and Trust
<br />Company, Santa Ana, California; and
