ORDINANCE NO. 8VV AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA A~,iENDING LICENSE ORDINANCE NO. 658, AS A~fl~NDED BY 0RDIN.~tNCE NO. V10, RELATIVE TO ITINERATE VENDERS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana do ordain as follows: ~ Section 1. That Ordinance No. 832 of the City of Santa Ana, passed and adopted on the 31st day of October, 1927, relative to itinerate venders or transient merchants, refers to Section 76 of Liceyse Ordinance No. 658, as amended by Ordinance No. VlO of the City of Santa Ana. That through error the Section of the License Ordinance amended was referred to as Section 76 of License Ordinance No. 858 as amended, and the correct section number should be and is hereby amended to read Section VB of License Ordinance No. 658, as amended by Ordinance N9. VlO 9F the C~ty of ssa ta Aua, and the said section as amended by said Ordinance No. 832, passed and adopted on the 31st day of October, 1927 as aforesaid, and being Section 78 of said Ordinance No. 658, is hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance, to the same extent and purpose as if said Section as amended by said Ordinance No. 832 were incorporated in and made a part of this Ordinance. Section 2. That all ordinances, or pal.ts of ordinances, in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa ~a Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
