152 ORDINANCE ~0. 883 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE UPON THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE VICINITYOF EAST WASHINGTON AVENUE AND THE SANTA FE RAILWAY TRACKS FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE, TWO FAMILY AND APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT OF NOT. MORE THAN TWO (~) STORIES IN HEIGHT ZONE AND NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONE, TO HEAVY INDUSTRIAL ZONE. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as folloWs: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aha is hereby amended, and the zone upon that certain territo~y within the following described exterior boundary lines, to-wit: Beginning at ~he Northeast corner of Block 24, Santa Aha East as per map thereaf on file in Book 10, Page AA, Miscellaneous Records, Los Angeles ~$ California; thence Southerly along the Saaterly -line of said Block 24 to the North line of Washington Avenue; thence Southerly in a straight line to the Northeast corner of Lot AS of Deans Addition, Record Survey, Book 1, Page 21, Orange Co.; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Deans Addition and a Southerly extension of said line to an intersection with the Southerly line o~ Fruit Street; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Fruit ~treet to an intersection with the Easterly right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad Company; thence Southerly along said right of way line to an ~ntersection with the Northerly line of the present Industrial Zone. thence Westerly along said last mentioned line to an intersection with the Northeasterly line of Santiago Avenue; thence Northwesterly along the said Northeast- erly line to the Northerly line of Washington Avenue; thence Easterly along said Northerly line of Washington Avenue to an inter- section with the Easterly line of Block 13 of said Santa Aha East; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Block 13 of Santa Aha East to the Northeasterly corner thereof; thence Easterly in a straight line to the point of beginning. is hereby changed from single family residence zone, two family and apartment house district of not more than two (2) stories in height zone and neighborhood business zone, to heavy industrial zone, as defined by Zoning Ordinance No. 809. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause'the same to be published three (5) times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed and published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said ordinance shall take effect thirty (SO)days from the date of its final passage.
