ORDINANCE N0. 913 AN ORDINANCE A~IEND!NG SECTION 6 OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 PERTAINING TO NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONES. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 6 of Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Ana is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6. NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ZONES. Neighborhood business zones are those in which business may be permitted~ including repair shops using not more th~mu six (6) horse power engines, and cleaning and dyeing establishments; and no such building shall be over two stories in height, and shall conform to the building restrictions provided for in Fire District No. 1. In neighborhood business districts, knovm as "D" Zone, uses provided for in "A", "B", and "C" Zones shall ~also be per~tted." Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the same to be published three (3) times in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and said ordinsmce shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its final passage.
