ORDINANGE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, REGULATING <br />MINIATURE GOLF COURSES AND GOLF DRIVING COURSES IN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA; ~AND, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR <br />THE VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: <br />Section 1. That it shall be unlawful fe~ any person, firm or <br />corporation to conduct or operate any miniature golf course or golf driving <br />course in the City of Santa.Aha between the hours of twelve o~clock P.M. and <br />seven olclock A.M. of the following day, <br /> <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation viQlatir~ the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br />or by imprisonment in the County Jail of the County of Orange for a term not <br />exceeding thirty (30) days, orby both such fine and imprisonmente <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Ana Daily <br />Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and generally circulated <br />in the City of Santa Aha, California, and the same shall taka effect and be in <br />force thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage. <br /> <br /> The foregoing Ordinance is signed and approved by me this 80th day of <br />June, 19~0. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> E.
