ORDINANOE NO. 9ZS AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 817, REGULATING TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS; ESTABLISH- ING A CENTRAL TRAFFIC DISTRICT AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE 1~qlLATION THEREOF. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 1, Article 1 of Ordinance No. 817 designating the streets included within Central Traffic District 4, is hereby amended to teac as follows, to-wit: "CENTRAL TRAFFIC DISTRICT A. Fourth Street from the East line of Ross Street to the East line of Mortimer Street. ~sh Street from the North line of Third Street to the South line of Fifth Street. Main Street from the Northerly limits of the City of Santa Aha to Delhi Road, Sycamore Street from the North line of First Street to the South line of Sixth Street. Broadway from the North line of Third Street to the South line of Fifth St~ee~o" Section 2. The City Council shall certify to .the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be ~ablished three (8) times in the Santa Aha 'Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed and published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said ordinance shall take effect thirty (80) days fr6m the date of its final passage.
