' ORDINANCE NO. 924 AN ORDINANCE 0F THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 859, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 865, ESTABLISHING WATER RATES AND PRESCRIBING RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING CONSUMPTION 0F WATER IN SAID CITY. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 839 of the City of Santa Aha, as amended by Ordinance No. 86§, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2. The following rates and compensation are hereby fixed and established as the rates and compensation to be charged and collected by the Santa Aha Water Department for water furnished by'said Department: as follows: For each For each For each For each PoP each For each PoP each That the per 100 cu. ft. 2, 4, MINIMUM METER RATES 5/8" or 3/4" service~ " ' $1 00 1" service .......... That ~11 sections and provisions of Ordinance No. 839, as amended by Ordinance No. 868~ except as herein amended, shall remain and be in force and effect, and all p~ovisions of said ordinance No. 839 as amended, providing the penalty for a violation thereof, etc. shall be applicable to the provisions hereof. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published three times in the Santa Aha Daily Evenin Register, a daily newspaper printed,' published and generally circulated in the City of Santa ~a, and the same shall take effect ~nd be in force Septemver 1, 1980.
