244 ORDINANCE NO. 935 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 658~ AS AMENDED, REPEALING THAT PORTION OP SAID ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OP REAL ESTATE SALESMEN. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: Section 1. That Section 2SA of Ordinance No. 688, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 28A. For every person conducting, managing or carrying on the business cf a real estate broker, three dollars ($3.00) per quarter". Section 2. That portion cf Section 28 of Ordinance No. 658, as amended, pertaining to real estate salesmen is hereby repealed, the purpose of this ordinance being to repeal that portion of Ordinance No. 658 requiring a City License from real estate salesmen in said City. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published three (3) times in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper printed and published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and said ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the d~te of its final passage.
