ORDINANCE NO. 945 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE IN THAT AREA BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY WALNUT STREET, ON THE WEST BY CEDAR STREET, ON TM~ EAST BY THE SANTA FERAILWAY AND ON THE SOUTH BY THEEAST AND WEST CENTER LINE BETWEEN PINE AND CHESTNUT STREETS, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE. The City Council of the City of Santa Aha do Ordain as follows: Section 1. That Zoning Ordinance No. 809 of the City of Santa Aha is hereby amended, and that certain area bounded on the North by Walnut Street, on the West by Cedar Street, on the East by the Santa Fe Railway, and on the South by the East and West center line between Pine and Chestnut Streets~ is hereby changed from Single Family Residence Zone to Light Industrial Zone. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, and cause the Same to be published three (3) times in the "Santa Aha Daily Evening Register", a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final pagsage.~ The foregoing ordinance is approved this 17th day of August, 1935.
