ORDINANCE NO. 944 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 92-A OF ORDINANCE NO. <br />658, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING <br />OF BUSINESS, SHOWS, EXHIBITIONS AND GAMES CONDUCTED IN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, FIXING THE RATE OF LICENSES <br />THEREFORE~ AND PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION THEREOF", AS <br />AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. VT1 OF SAID City. <br /> <br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha do ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 92-A of Ordinance No. 658, entitled "An Ordinance <br /> <br />Providing for the Licensing of Business, Shows, Exhibitions and Games conducted in the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana, fixing the rate of licenses therefore, and providing for collection <br />thereof", as amended by Ordinance No. 771 of said City, be and the same is hereby <br /> <br />repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published by three insertions in the Santa Ana <br />Daily EVening Register, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City <br />of Santa Ana and thirty (30) days thereafter it shall take effect and be in force. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, !931. <br /> <br /> John Knox <br />President' of the Board of Trustees <br /> of the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> E.
