62-16 <br />RESOLUTION NO. CORRECTING CONDITION 7 <br />CONTAINED IN RESOLUTION NO. 61-280 GRANTING <br />APPEAL APPLICATION NO. 47 FILED BY CONTINENTAL <br />BAKING COMPANY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Variance Application No. 1551 was granted by the <br />ZOning Administrator, and CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY, the applicant, <br />appealed to the City Council which adopted Resolution No. 61-280 <br />modifying certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an error was made in the phrasing of Condition No. 7 <br />set forth in said Resolution. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby corrects and amends Resolution No. 61-280 <br />by correcting Condition No. 7 therein contained to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "7.
