RESOLUTION NO. 61-280 GRANTING APPEAL ON APPEAL <br />APPLICATION NO. 47 FILED BY CONTINENTAL BAKING <br />COMPANY FROM ONE CONDITION IMPOSED PURSUANT TO <br />A VARIANCE GRANTED UPON VARIANCE APPLICATION <br />NO. 1551 BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator <br />granted a variance on Variance Application No. 1551, filed by <br />CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY, which said variance was requested to <br />permit an addition to existing warehouse, offices, etc. in the R-1 <br />District; and said Variance No. 1551 was granted, subject to <br /> <br />c~nditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 47 was duly filed with the <br />City Council by CONTINENTAL BAKING COMPANY appealing the imposition <br />of one condition so imposed by the Zoning Administrator and <br />requesting a modification of said condition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after hearing before the City Council; after careful <br />consideration of the statements contained in and the materials <br />accompanying the application; the testimony offered at the hearing; <br />examination of all the facts established; and after determining <br />that the use applied for by the Variance Application meets the re- <br />quirements of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Aha Municipal code, it has <br /> <br />been determined that the Variance should be granted, subject to <br /> the <br />certain conditions, and that/one condition imposed by the Zoning <br /> <br />Administrator should be modified. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha hereby grants Appeal Application No. 47 and grants <br />a variance on Variance Application No. 1551, subject to conditions <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the owner place sidewalk on Walnut Street for the <br /> <br /> full width of the property involved in this variance. <br /> <br /> 2. That the owner dedicate vehicular access rights from this <br /> <br /> property to First Street and Walnut Street. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
