<br />less, from the Southwest corner of said Lot 16, said point
<br />also being an angle point in the City boundary of the City
<br />of Santa Ana, California as established by the "Seventeenth
<br />and Mabury North Annex", Ordinance NS-541, to said City of
<br />Santa Aha; running thence West along said City boundary and
<br />along the South line of a one acre tract conveyed by Frank
<br />$. Buchheim to Aaron Buchheim by deed recorded An Book 23,
<br />Page 241, Deeds, Records of said Orange County 830 feet, more
<br />or less, to the East line of Tract Number 3741, as shown on
<br />a map thereof recorded in Book 136, Pages 43 and 44, Miscel-
<br />laneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, and to the East
<br />line of the West one-half of the Davenport Tract in Block "A"
<br />of said A. B. CHAPMAN TRACT and to an angle point in said
<br />City boundary; thence North 00° 01' 55" West along the East
<br />line of said Tract Number 3741 and along said City boundary,
<br />as established by the "TWENTIETH AND LYON ANNEX", Ordinance
<br />NS-490, a distance of 50.49 feet, more or less, to the North-
<br />east corner of said Tract Number 3741 and to the Southeast
<br />corner of Tract Number 4167, as shown on a map thereof
<br />recorded in Book 148, Pages 40 and 41, Miscellaneous Maps,
<br />Records of said Orange County; thencecontinuing North 00° 01'
<br />55" West along said East lane of said Tract Number 4167, and
<br />along said City boundary, as established by the "TWENTY~FIRST
<br />AND LYON N. W. ANNEX", Ordinance NS-532, a distance of 528 feet,
<br />more or less, to the Northeast corner of said Tract Number 4167;
<br />thence North 00° 01' 55" West, departing from said City
<br />boundary, along said East line of the West one-half of said
<br />Davenport Tract, 1055.76 feet, more or less, to the Northeast
<br />corner of said West one-half of said Davenport Tract and to
<br />the center line of Santa Clara Avenue as shown on a map of
<br />survey recorded in Book 32, Page 38, Record of Surveys, in
<br />the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange County;
<br />thence North 89059' 43" East along said center line of Santa
<br />Clara Avenue, 7.63 feet, more or less, to a point North
<br />89° 59' 43" East, 835.88 feet from the intersection of the
<br />center lines of said Santa Clara Avenue and Wright Street, as
<br />shown on said record of survey map recorded in Book 32,
<br />Page 38, Record of Surveys; thence North 00° 03' 01" West,
<br />2,199.10 feet to a point on the South line of Fairhaven
<br />Avenue, 60 feet wide, said point being North 89° 56' 55" East,
<br />979.33 feet and South 00° 03' 05" East, 30 feet, from the
<br />Northwest corner of the A. Green Lot, as shown on said map
<br />of survey recorded An Book 32, Page 38, Record of Surveys;
<br />thence North 89° 58' 00" East along said South line of said
<br />Fairhaven Avenue, 37.02 feet, more or less,to its intersection
<br />with the Southerly prolongation of the East line of Cambridge
<br />Street, 60 feet wide; thence North along said Southerly
<br />prolongation and along said East line of said Cambridge Street,
<br />1,350 feet, more or less, to a point in the North line of
<br />Lot 15, in Block "D", of said A. B. CHAPMAN TRACT and to a
<br />point in the existing City boundary of the City of Orange,
<br />California, as established by "ANNEXATION NUMBER 152", annexed
<br />by Ordinance Number 12-61, said point being 30 feet East from
<br />the Northwest corner of said Lot 15; thence East along said
<br />North line of said Lot 15 and along said City .boundary of
<br />Orange, 1,290 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of
<br />said Lot 15; thence South departing from said City boundary
<br />of Orange, along the East line of said Lot 15 a distance of
<br />1,090 feet, more or less, to a point 230 feet North of the
<br />Southeast corner of said Lot 15; thence South 89° 58' 00"
