<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "FAIRHAVEN AND CAMBRIDGE
<br />SOUTHEAST ANNEX" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by
<br />which said territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation.

<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that
<br />March 19, 1962, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers,
<br />City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time
<br />and place fixed at which said Council will hear protests against this
<br />annexation made by any person owning property within said territory.
<br />At any time before said hearing, any owner of real property within
<br />said territory may file written protest against this proposed annex-
<br />ation, such protest shall state the name of the owner of the property
