ORDINANCE NO. 1014 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 415 <br /> ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE <br /> LOS ANGELES INTER-URBAN RAILVJAY COMPANY, A <br /> CORPORATION, A FRANCHISE FOR AN ELECTRIC <br /> POLE AND VZIRE LINE UPON AND ALONG CERTAIN <br /> STRi]ETS iN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ <br /> CALIFORNIA". <br /> <br /> be City of Santa Ana ordains as follows: <br /> Board <br /> of <br /> Trustees <br /> of <br /> the <br /> <br /> SECTION l. That Ordinance No. 415, entitled: "An Ordinance granting to the <br />Los Angeles Inter-Urban Railway Company, a Corporation, a franchise for an electric pole <br />and wire line upon and along certain streets in the City of Santa Ana, California",'is <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance, <br />and cause the same to be published three (3) t~ues in the "Santa Ana Daily Evening <br />Register"~ a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, <br />and said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage. <br /> <br /> The foregoing ordinm~ce is approved this 15th day of April~ 1935. <br /> <br />Mayor 'o'f the '~'i'ty of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />E.
