ORDINANCE iN0. 1013 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 809 TO CHANGE THE ZONE UPON THAT PORTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA BOUNDED ON THE ~EST DY. THE CITY L~ITS, ~ THE NORTH BT FIFTH STREET, ON THE EAST BY TOWNSEND STREET~ ON THE NORTH BY FIRST STREET, 0N THE EAST BY BRISTOL STREET~ 0N THE SOUTH DY MONTE VISTA AVENUE, ON THE WEST BY SULi~IVAN STREET AND ON THE SOUTH BY_ ~?z-RTLE STREET, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ZONE TO HEAVY INDUSTRIAL ZONE. The Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa AMa Srdains as follows: SECTION l. That Zoning Ordinance No..S09 of the City of Santa AMa is hereby amended, and the zone upon that portion of the City of Santa AMa bounded on the West by the City limits, on the North by Fifth Street, on the East by Tovmsend Street, on the North by First Street, on the East by Bristol Street, on the South by Monte Vista Avenue, on the West by Sullivan Street, and on the South by Myrtle St~eSt, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described as follows~ to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of West First Street with the West line of Bristol Street; thence Westerly along the south line of West First Street to the intersection of the Westerly line of Townsend Street; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Townsend Street to the intersection of the Westerly line of Townsend Street with the Southerly line of the Pacific Railway Company's right- of-way; thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of the said Pacific Electric Railway Company's right-of-way to its intersection with the South line of Fifth Street; thence Westerly along the South line of Fifth Street to its intersection with the Westerly.boundary line of the City of Santa AMa; thence Southwesterly along the Westerly boundary line of the City of Santa AMa to an angle point in the said boundary line where the said boundary line turns Easterly; thence Easterly along the said boundary line to the center line of Sullivan Street; thence Southerly along the center line of Sullivan Street to the center line of Monte Vista Avenue; thence Easterly along the center line of Monte Vista Avenue to the Westerly line of Bristol Street; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Dristol Street to the point of beginning; is hereby changed from a single family residence zone to heavy industrial zone. SECTION 2e The City Clerk shall certify to the~passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published three (~) times in the "Santa Daily Evening Register", a daily newspaper, printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa AMa, and 'said Ordinance shall take effect thirty ($0) days from the date of its final passage.
