ORDINANCE ~0. 10£5. <br /> <br /> AN OP~DINANCE FIXING T~EPLACE OF~EETING OF THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, ORANGE COUNTY, <br /> CALIFORNIA, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 97~ OF SAID <br /> CITY. <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:- <br /> <br /> ...~EOTION l: That the City Hall at the Southeast corner of Third Street anA <br />Nain Street in the City of Santa Aha, Orar~e County, California, is hereby fixe~ as the <br />meetin~ place of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California, <br />for all official meetings of said Board. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 97~ entitled ,An Ordinance fixin~ the place <br />of meeting of the Board of Trustees, commonly knov~ as the City Council of the City of <br />Santa A~a, Orange County, State of California", is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: That an urgency for the adoption of this ordinance has arisen in <br />that the City Hall of the City of San~a Ana has Just been conpleted, and the offices <br />of the various public officials have been moved to such City Hall, and the tenancy of <br />the former room used by the City Council for Council meetlnEs, t~%s been terminated, and <br />the possession thereof surrendered to the owner thereof; <br /> <br /> Now, therefore, this ordinance is hereby adopted by an affirmative unanimous <br />vote of the entire City Council, and shall take effect from and after its adoption. <br /> <br /> SECTION ~: The. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance <br />and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the ORANGE <br />COUNTY REPORTER, a daily newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of <br />Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that p{~rpose. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular <br />meeting held on the End day of December, 19Z5. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> E.
