That portion of Lot 24, in Tract No. 1550 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 54, at Page 15, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, lying Easterly of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the center lines of Sugar Avenue and Newhope Street, as shown on a Map of Survey filed in Book 51, Page 35, Record of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California, and running thence North 00° 40' 25" West along said center line of Newhope Street 1,1SS.63 feet; thence South 89° 30' 35" West 441.76 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve concave Easterly having a radius of 500.00 feet and to the true point of beginning, the radial to said curve at said point bears South 81° 36' 35" East; thence Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle 3° 48' 30" to a tangent line; thence North 12° 11' 55" East 4.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Westerly, having a radius of 480 feet; thence Northerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 7°, more or less, to its intersection with the Easterly line of said Lot 24, and deliver the same to said CLARENCE G.
