RESOLUTION NO. 62-56 ADOPTING A~I) SU~ITTING A BUDGET <br /> FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLC~ATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State of <br />California on March 25, 1960, for expenditure of State allocated (engineering) funds <br />under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highway Code; and, <br /> <br /> WHERP~%S, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal showing estimated <br />expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1962-63 fiscal year; <br />and ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget proposal and is familiar <br />with the contents thereof~ <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana that <br />said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures <br />of the State allocated funds for engineering to cities, said budget proposal to be <br />and the same is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign <br />the same on behalf of said City, and said budget proposal to be submitted to the <br />Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the Provisions <br />of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its <br />regular meeting held on the 5%h day of Maroh , 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST~ <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, Mu%RION SU/TNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that.the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to said <br />Council at its regular meeting held on the .....~h day of March , 1962. <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to wit~ <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCIL~N~ Royal E.
