RESOLUTION NO. 65-~Q RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN SEWER LINES, TOGETHER WITH APPURTENANCES AND APPURTENANT WORK IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 218. WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk an assessment to represent the costs and expenses of the work and improvement done pursuant to proceedings had and taken under the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911" (being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the state of California) and pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 62-56 adopted the 6th of August, 1962, and to changes and modifications to said work ordered by its Resolution No. 64-60 adopted the 20th of April, 1964, end Resolution No. 64-119 adopted the 21st of December, 1964; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has duly given notice in the manner provided by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing; and WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution, ordered changes and modifications in said assessment; and WHEREAS, said modifications have been made as ordered; and WHEREAS, said City Council is now satisfied as to the proper completion of the work and of the spreading of the assess- men t, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, as follows: SECTION 1. That said assessment and diagram, the proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of all officers of the City of Santa Ana, California, in relation to the work done and to the said assessment, and the diagram attached thereto be, and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered and directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the manner and form provided by law, said warrant bearing date of this
