SECTION 2: The Director of Public Works of the City of Santa Ana is hereby instructed to prepare and post notices to destroy said weeds as required by law. Said notices shall be posted at least five (5) days prior to the time for hearing objections and protests by the City Council of said City, and shall be conspicuously posted iu front of the property on which, or iu front of which such nuisauce exists, one notice to each piece or parcel of property in separate ownership of not over fifty (50) feet frontage, or not more than two notices to any ~iece or parcel of property in separate owner- ship with a frontage of one hundred (100) feet or less[ If the frontage of any piece or parcel of property in separate ownership is greater than 100 feet, notices shall be posted at not more than one hundred (100) feet-in distance apart. SECTION 3: ~e City Council does hereby fix the 7th day of May, 1962~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. as the time and the Couucil Chamber in the City Hall of said City, as the place, for hearing objections and protests to the proposed removal of such weeds.
