RESOLUTION NUMBER 62-1~6 BESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO REPORT OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING REPORT AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FIT.ED WITH TEE TAX COLLECTOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIIT COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana did~ on the 2nd day of April~ 1962~ pass Resolution No. 62-76~ determining and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a win~oUf or downy nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when dry aud which are noxious and daugerous~were growing upon the streets~ sidewalks and private property in the City of Santa Ana~ described in the itemized report submitted~herewith; WHEREAS, on the 7th day of May, 1962~ the City Council further passed Resolution No. 62-84, ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public nuisance; and WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice as required by law~ in which notice the 6th day of August, 1962~ at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M.~ was fixed as the time~ and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and W/{EREAS, at the time set, the Street Superintendent having sub.witted the said report and all of said protests or objections to said report having' been heard; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work done~ be, and the same are~ hereby overruled and the report affirmed and that the Street Superintendent be~ and he is, hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.
