Tha~ the grantees hereof, by the acceptance of this franchise hereby agree to pay to the City of ~anta Ana the expenses necessary for the publication of this ordinance in the manner required by law. Section That the g~antees hereof shall file with the Oity Clerk a written acceptance ,of the franchise hereby granted within thirty (~0) days after the passage of this ordinancee S..ec.tion 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance by a two-thirds (2/~) vote of all members of bhe City Council of the City of Santa Aha, and shall cause the same to be published three (~) times in the Santa Aha Independent, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Santa Ana, and thereupon and thereafter it shall take effect and be in force thirty (~0) days after passage of this ordinance.
