RESOLUTION NO. 62-106 APPROVING MAP AND DECLARING <br />INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF RIVERINE STREET <br />BETWEEN EIGHTH STREET AND TENTH STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange, <br />State of California, has adopted Resolution No. 62-562 requesting <br />that that portion of Riverine Street lying between Tenth Street and <br />Eighth Street in the City of Santa Ana, California, be vacated and <br />abandoned. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the map attached hereto, <br />marked "Exhibit A", is hereby approved and ordered filed with and as <br />a part of this Resolution in the office of the Clerk of the Council, <br />and reference is hereby made to said map for particulars as to the <br />street vacation proposed herein; and the City Council hereby declares <br />its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of Riverine Street <br />in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, <br />described as: <br /> <br /> That portion of Riverine Street as shown on a map of <br /> Gardner and Moye's Addition to the Town of Santa Ana <br /> recorded in Book 13, Page 24 of Miscellaneous Records of <br /> Los Angeles County, State of California, bounded on the <br /> North by the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of <br /> Lot 12 and bounded on the South by a line parallel to <br /> and distant Northerly 30 feet, measured at right angles <br /> from the monumented center line of Eighth Street. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the <br />2nd day of July, 1962, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and <br />Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is the time and place fixed for <br />hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed <br />vacation of said street. <br /> <br /> The City Council declares its intention to proceed with this <br />street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of <br />1941 (Sections 8300 through 8374 of the California Streets and High- <br />ways code). <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the Council is ordered to publish this Resolution <br />in the manner prescribed by law for the publication of ordinances of <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
