RESOLUTION NO. 62-118 ACCEPTING INDENTURES FROM <br />THE TAX COLLECTOR OF ORANGE COUNTY CONVEYING TAX <br />TITLE TO FIVE LOTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the request of the City of Santa Ana that the <br />properties hereirabelow described not be sold for taxes since the <br />same were needed by the City for street and other public purposes, <br />procedures were established to sell said lots to the City of Santa <br />Aha and have now been completed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />accepts the five Indentures presented by DON S. MOZ~E~, Tax Collector <br /> <br />of Orange County, California, dated May 31, 1962, granting to the City <br /> <br />of Santa Aha the five parcels of land shown thereon and described as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />A.P. %9-160-16 <br /> <br />Lot in Section 7, Township 5 South, Range <br />9 West, S B B & M, 150 feet North of the <br />North line of 4th Street, bounded Westerly <br />by AT & SF R/W, Northerly by Roehm. <br /> <br />A.P. %1-134-07 <br /> <br />Lot A in Tract NO. 1357, as per map thereof <br />recorded in Book 41, Page 37 of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County. <br /> <br />A.P. %1-134-11 <br /> <br />Bates Tract, as per map thereof recorded in <br />Book 1, Page 96 of Miscellaneous Maps, <br />records of Orange County. <br /> <br />An irregular lot in the East half of Lot 12, <br />bounded Northerly by Tract No. 1236, <br />Southerly by Lot line. <br /> <br />A.P. %13-064-26 <br /> <br />That portion of the South half of the South- <br />west quarter of Section 13, Township 5 South, <br />Range 10 West, S B B6~4, described as follows: <br />The West 30 feet of the South 100 feet of the <br />South 2 acres of the following: Beginning at <br />a point in the center of Fairview Avenue, <br />which point is South 0° 32' West 1318.6 feet <br />distant from the Northeast corner of the <br />Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 5, <br />Range 10, running thence South 0° 32' West along <br />the East line of the Southwest quarter of said <br />Section 13, 10.19 chains to the Northeast <br />corner of lands formerl~ belonging to T.
