That said Districting Nap so amended is attached hereto and hereby adopted and made a part hereofe Section 2: That Sheet 43 of the Districting Map of the City of Santa Aha of Ordinance No. 1074 entitled "AN 0HDINANCE ESTABLISHING DISTRICTS WITH- IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATIONS OF LAND USES AND REGULATING SUCH LA;~D USES IN SUCH DISTRICTS; REGULATING Tt~E HEIGH~ 0F BUILD- INGS AND OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION; ADOPTING A MAP OF SAID DIS- TRICTS; DEFINING THE TERMS USED IN SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUST- MENT, AMENDMENT AND ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR ITS VIOLA- TION AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 809 AND ALL ORDINANCES AMENDATORY THEREOF OR SUPPLEMENTARY THERETO, AND ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH", be amended to reclassify as M-1 all property now classified as R-1 and C-2, and within the following described exterior boundary lines, to-wit: Beginning on the north line of Dyer Road at a point 1~6 feet east of the east line of South Main Street; thence easterly along the north line of Dyer Road 3289 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the city limit line; thence northerly along the city limit line, lJO0 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the southerly line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company's right of way; thence westerly along the southerly line of said right of way line to its intersection with the northerly extension of the east line of lots i to 8 of Tract No. 159, which is 125 feet east of the east line of South Main Street; thence southerly ~arallel to the east line of South Main Street, and along the east line of Lots I to 8 inclusive, of Tract No. 159 to the south line of said Tract; thence east along the south line of said Tract eleven (ll) feet to a point which is 136 feet east of the east llne of South Main Street; thence south~ parallel to the east line of South Main Street, to the point of beginning. That said Districting Map so amended is attached hereto snd hereby adopted and made a part hereofe Section 3: The City Clerk shall ee~tify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecutive issues of the S~uta Aha Register, a newspaper printed,~published and circu- lated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days from and after its adoption.
