Section 8. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of <br />this ordinance by a vote of more than two-thirds of all of the members of the City <br />Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting of said Cotuncil, and its approval <br />by the Mayor of said City, and shall cause said ordinance to be published once a day <br />for seven (7) days in the SANT~ ANA REGISTER, a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published six (8) days a week in said City. No ether notice of such <br />election need be given. <br /> <br />Section 9.
