Section 6: PENALTIES. Any person violating any of the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convic- tion thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred (~500.00), or by imprisonment for a perlod of not more than six or by both such fine and imprisonment.
