(B) Building Height Limit: <br /> <br /> Two (2) stories, but not to exceed thirty-five feet, <br /> except as provided in Section 11 and 13 of said "Zoning <br /> Ordinance of t939", and anaendments thereto. <br /> <br />(C) Except as provided in Section ll and 12 of said "Zoning <br /> <br /> Ordinance of 19~9'~, mhd amen~nents thereto, yards <br /> follows shall be provided and maintained. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />as <br /> <br /> Front Yard: <br /> <br /> There shall be a front yard eqnal to that prescribed <br /> for an inside lot in the R-~5 District as provided in <br /> Section 6 of said "Zoning Ordinance of 1959". <br /> <br />Side Yards: <br /> <br />(a) There shall be a side yard of not less than <br />three (Z) feet on that side of s~y lot in the "C" <br />District which abuts an R-i, R-~, or R-~ District. <br /> <br />(b) On a corner lot, the rear of which abuts the <br />side line of an adjoining lot in ti~e R-l, R-~°, or <br /> <br />R-$ District, there shall be a side yard on the ex- <br />terior, or street side, of such corner lot equal to <br />three-fourths (S/~) of the depth of the front yard re- <br />quired for key-lots as prescribed in paragraph $~ <br />subsection (C) of Section 11 of said ~'Zoning Ordinance <br />of 1959", but the width of such yard need not be more <br />thsa~ ten (10) feet aud shall be not less than t~bz~ee <br />(Z) feet in width. <br /> <br />(c) Where a corner lot is completely abutted ontwo <br />sides by land in the "C" District, the exterior side <br />yard shall be equal to the front yard required for the <br />adjoining inside lot, in tho C District, abutting the <br />sazae street as said yard. <br /> <br />(d) No provision of this section shall be interpreted <br />so as to reduce the buildable ¥~idth of a corner lot <br />such as described in paragraph 3, (b) of Subsection <br />(C) of this Section, and which lot was in existence <br /> <br /> <br />
