Rear Yard: <br /> <br /> Except as provided in Section 11 and 12 of the "Zolning <br /> Ordinance of 1939", and amendments thereto, there shall <br /> ce a rear yard of not less than twenty (20) feet. <br /> <br /> 4. Buildings and structures hereafter erected established <br /> or located in the C District primarily for residential <br /> ourooses shall be made to comoty with the orov!sions of <br /> Section 6 and also with the orovlsions of Section ll <br /> which are aooiicsble to the R-3 District of said ~'Zonlng <br /> Ordinance of 1939" and amendments thereto. <br /> <br /> 5. Exceoting growing olants, all goods, merchandise, wares, <br /> produce or other commodities which are stored or offered <br /> for sale or exchange in the C District ahall be housed <br /> in buildings, but the displaying of such goods, wares, <br /> merchandise or other commomities in any entry way or re- <br /> cessed entrance of a buildln~ shall be considered as <br /> beinif housed in a building. <br /> <br /> 6. Only new merchandise, goods or wares shall be sold, <br /> <br /> stored or exchanged in ~he "C" District." <br /> <br /> ~. That <br /> Section o. all ordlnancesor carts of ordinanc~in conflict <br /> <br />herewith are to that extent hereby reoeated. <br /> <br /> Section ~: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or ohrase of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, such decisl~ <br />shall not affect the validity of the remalnin~ vortlons of this ordinance. <br />The City Council hereby declares that it would have Dassed this ordinance <br />and each section, suosectlon, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, Irre- <br />soectlve of the fact that any one or more sections, suosections, sentences, <br />clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br /> <br /> <br />
