Exceoting growing olants, all goods, merchandise, wares, produce or other commodities which are stored or offered for sale or exchange in the C District ahall be housed in buildings, but the displaying of such goods, wares, merchandise or other commomities in any entry way or re- cessed entrance of a buildln~ shall be considered as beinif housed in a building. 6. Only new merchandise, goods or wares shall be sold, stored or exchanged in ~he "C" District." ~. The City Council hereby declares that it would have Dassed this ordinance and each section, suosectlon, sentence, clause and phrase thereof, Irre- soectlve of the fact that any one or more sections, suosections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
