ORDINANCE NO. 1~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE PROCEDURE FOR THE IMPROVE- <br />I~w~ OF STREETS, SETTING FORTH THE MINIMUM RE°.UIRE- <br />MENTS FOR THE I~,~PROVEI~NT OF STREETS IN THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, AND R~ALING CITY ORDINANCES NO. 349, 574, <br />AND ll71. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SJ~NTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That Ordinance No. 349, entitled "AN ORDINANCE REQUIR- <br />ING THAT N~ STREETS IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS SHALL CONFOPd~I TO THE STREETS <br />ALREADY EXISTING IN SAID CITY", that Ordinance No. 574, entitled "AN 0R- <br />DINANCE TO ADD SECTION l½ TO 0RD~ANCE NO. 349", and that Ordinance No. <br />ll71, entitled "AN ORDINANCE AME~UDING ORDINANCE NO. 349, AS AMENDED, EN- <br />TITLED "AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THAT NE~ STREETS IN NEW SUBDIVISIONS <br />SHALL CONFORM TO THE STREETS ALREADY EXISTING IN SAID CITY"", are hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana shall <br />not accept any new streets, alleys, new subdivisions of land, or t~e <br />maps thereof until all the following provisions applicable thereto have <br />been complied with, and when the streets or alleys are improved at the <br />time they are offered to the City they shall not be accepted ~u~less <br />said improvements meet the minimum requirements next hereinbelow set <br />out. <br /> <br /> (a) Before submitting any street or subdivision map to <br />the City Council for its approval a plat showing a complete layout of <br />streets, alleys, lots .and blocks with~ the boundaries of the area to <br />be subdivided shall be submitted to the Planning Commission for its ap- <br />pr oval. <br /> <br /> (b) After the Planning Commissio~ has aoproved the proposed <br />subdivision map, the original tracings of the subdivision map to be filed <br /> <br />- i <br /> <br /> <br />
