RESOLUTION NO. 62-17~ ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VIOLA GRISET, ROY F. GRISET and IDA H. ASHLEY have <br />presented to the City a deed dated August 17, 1962, conveying two <br />parcels of real property for street purposes on the North side of <br />Edinger Avenue, West of Main Street, in consideration of the payment <br />of $47,675.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />Number 48226-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, <br />California. <br /> <br />/ 77 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
