RESOLUTION NO. 62-%?$ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VIOLA GRISET, ROY F. GRISET and IDA H. ASHLEY have <br />presented to the City a deed dated September 7, 1962, granting <br />vehicular access rights on the North ~ide of Edinger Avenue, West <br /> <br />of Main Street, as an amendment to instructions in Escrow No. 48226-C <br />accepted by Resolution No. 62-174 on September 4, 1962; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DOUGLAS OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a Corporation, <br /> <br />has presented to the City a deed dated September 4, 1962, conveying <br /> <br />an easement for street purposes on the South side of Edinger Avenue, <br /> <br />and the East side of Broadway; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
