<br /> An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating
<br /> the Emeetien, Construction, Enlargement, Altera-
<br /> tion, Repair, Moving, Removal, Demolition, Con-
<br /> version, Occupancy, Equipmemt, Use, Height, Area
<br /> and Maintenance of all Building and/or Structures
<br /> in the City of Santa Ana; Providing for the
<br /> issuance of Permits and Collection of fees th.re-
<br /> fer; Providing Penalties for the Violation there-
<br /> of; Declaring and Establishing Fire Zones; Repeal-
<br /> ing Ordinance No. 1180 of the City of Santa Aha
<br /> and all other Ordinances and Parts of Ordinances
<br /> in Conflict Therewith.

<br />The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does ordain as fellows:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. That portion of a certain decmment, three
<br />(3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk
<br />of the City of Santa Aha, being marked and designated as "Uniform
<br />Building Code, 1949 Edition, published January 1, 1949, by
<br />Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference" and three (3) copies
<br />of Volume II of the Uniform Building Code, be and the same is
<br />hereby adopted aS the building code of the City of Santa Aha for
<br />regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration,
<br />repair, moving, removal, demolition, conversion, occupancy,
<br />equipment, use, height, area, and maintenance of all buildings
<br />and/or structures in the City of Santa Ana; providing for issu-
<br />ance of permits and collection of fees therefor; providing penal-
<br />ties for violation of such code; declaring and establishing fire
<br />zones; and each and all portions of the regulations, provisions,
<br />penalties, conditions, and terms of such "Uniform Building Code,
<br />1949 Edition, published January 1, 1949, by the Pacific Coast
<br />Building Officials Conference," on file in the office of the
<br />City Clerk and hereby referred to, are hereby adopted, and made
<br />a part hereof as if fully set out in this Ordinance.

<br />City of Santa Aha is hereby declared to be and is hereby estab-
<br />lished as a ~lre District and said fire district shall be known
<br />and designated as Fire Zones 1, 2, and 3, and each such zone
<br />
