shall include such territory or portions of Said city as <br /> illustrated, outlined and designated on a certain map on file <br /> in the office of th~ City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana being <br /> marked and designated aa "Fire Zones of the City of Santa Aha," <br /> which is hereby adopted as the fire zoning map of the City of <br /> Santa Ana for the application of the regulations included in <br /> the Uniform Building Code, 1949 Edition, published January l, <br /> 1949, by Pacific Coast Building Officials Conference. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the portions of said Uniform <br /> Building Code so adopted are as follows: <br /> <br /> Section lO1 to Section 6004, both sections inclusive, <br />being Chapter 1 to 60, both inclusive, of said Code; and also <br />that section of the Code marked "Appendix" being Section 702 <br />(c) to Section 5115, both sectione inclusive; Section 2301, <br />Weights of Building Materials; Section 2313, Table No. 23-C, <br /> <br />Horizontal Force Factors; Section 2525, Termite Provisions. <br /> Section 4. That said Uniform Building Code, 1949 <br /> <br />Edition, as adopted by this ordinance, is hereby amended in <br />the following particulars: <br /> <br /> That there ia hereby added to Section 303-A the <br />following: "A fee of $1.00 shall be charged on all inetalla~$~s <br />and repairs to awnings which exceed the cost of $10.00 located <br />in the following districts: C-l, C-2, N-l, and M-2. <br /> <br /> In addition to the foregoing fees, the applicant <br />shall pay the following fees for plastering: <br /> <br /> For all plastering from twenty square yards (20 sq. <br />yds.) to one hundred square yards (100 sq. yds.), both inclusive, <br />the minimum fee shall be $1.00.
