ORDINANCE NO. 1263 AN ORDINANCE OF TEE CIT/' OF SANTA ANA DEOLARING THE INTENTION TO VAOATE POR- TIONS OF TWO UI~.,L~ ALLETS WITHIN SAID CITT, DESCRIBING THOSE PORTIONS PROPOSED TO BE ?AOATED AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF ALL PER- SONS INTERESTED IN OR OBFECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION. wheREAS, the City Council after study, concluded that those portions of two unnamed alleys should be abandoned on the groun~ that they are unnecessary for present or prospective street purpo- ses and has heretofore adopted by Resolution certain maps for fil- ing in the City Clerk's office, graphically showing the parcels herein referred to. NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1,: Thc City Council of the City of Santa Ann hereby declares its intention to pr0eesdwXth the abandomaent and vacation of said two portions of certain unnamed alleys of thc City of Santa Ann, under the provisions of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, which said Act is known as the "Street Vacation Act of 1951", Chapter 250, Statutes of 1951, as amended. SECTI, 0N 2: That said City Council hereby declares its inten- tion to vacate, abandon and close up all of those portions of two unmamed alleys hereinbelow described and as shown on and in accord- ance with Official Maps on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City and reference is hereby made to said maps for further par- tioulars; the portions of said two ,renamed alleys herein referred to and graphically shown on said official maps and proposed hereby to be vacated, lie in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of Callf~rnia and arc described as follows: All of that certain alley 15 feet in width in Block "A" of French's Addition to Santa Ann -1-
