as shown on a map thereof in Book 23 at Page $1, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, and All of that portion of a certain un-named alley not heretofore vacated and abandoned, which lies in Block ~B~ of Bailey's Addition to the Town ~f Santa Ama as per map thereof recorded in Book 21 at Page 12 Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los Angeles County. Reference is hereby ~ade to a asp thereof ado~t4A~ by Resolation No. 3819 now on file in th® Office of the City Clerk. SECTION 3: That the Sth day of September, 1959 at the hour of 2:00 P.M. on said day in the Council Ohambers in the 01ty Hall, at Third and Main Streets in the City of Santa Ans is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested lw or object- ing to the proposed vacation and abandomaent of said two unnamed alleys as hereinabove described. ~ECTION $: The Street ~aperintendent of the City of Santa ~,~ is hereby ordered and directed to post conspicuously along the lines of those portions of said two uan~nsd alleys herein'proposed to be vacated, notices stating the passage of this Ordinance of Intention to Vacate ~d stating the time ~d place of hearing herein fixed, which said notices shall he posted not less than 15 days prior to the time of hearing herein fixed, and shall be not ~ore than 300 feet apart and at least three of such notices shall be posted along the line of each portion of each such unne~aed alley herein described. SECTION ~: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in three consecu- tive issues of the Santa Ana Register, a newspaper prin~ed, published 'and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose.
