ORDINANCE NO. 1 69 <br /> <br /> 0RD NA CE Am X TI0 <br />OF T~ CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED <br />"THE PRENTICE PARK TERRITORY". <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ann did heretofore <br />on ~uly 25, 1959, by Resolution Number 3821, initiate amuexation proceed- <br />ings covering certain uninhabited territory contiguous to maid City, <br />which said Resolution was regularly published in the Santa A~a Register, <br />a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City, <br />said publication being made once a week for two Successive weeks prior <br />to the he,ring on said proposed annexation, which said hearing was set <br />by said Resolution so published, on the 15th day of August, 1959; and <br /> <br /> W~EEAS, at said hearing on the 15th day of August, 1949, there <br />were no objections to said proposed annexation, and no written protest <br />was filed by any person against said proposed annexation. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA D0 ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION l: That after due hearing regularly held upon due <br />notice as hereinabove set forth and as in the films of thim proQeeding <br />more particularly shown, we do 'find, declare, amd ordain that there is <br />no protest nor obJeation, either written or o~al, to the annexation of <br />the territory herein described to the City of Santa A~a, and we do <br />further find that said territory is wholly uninhabited, and that ho <br />person lives thereon. <br /> <br /> ~ECTION 2: That all of the uninhabited territory situated in <br />the Oounty of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot A of the Stafford and Tustin <br /> Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, at page 618 <br /> of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Califor- <br /> nia, bounded amd described am follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the point of intersection of the <br /> easterly line of said Lot A with the southerly line of <br /> ~lrst Street, and run~lng thence South 89o07' 30" west <br /> along said southerly line of First Street 363.18 feet; <br /> <br /> <br />
