ORDINANCE NO. 1 69 0RD NA CE Am X TI0 OF T~ CERTAIN TERRITORY DESIGNATED "THE PRENTICE PARK TERRITORY". W~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ann did heretofore on ~uly 25, 1959, by Resolution Number 3821, initiate amuexation proceed- ings covering certain uninhabited territory contiguous to maid City, which said Resolution was regularly published in the Santa A~a Register, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in said City, said publication being made once a week for two Successive weeks prior to the he,ring on said proposed annexation, which said hearing was set by said Resolution so published, on the 15th day of August, 1959; and W~EEAS, at said hearing on the 15th day of August, 1949, there were no objections to said proposed annexation, and no written protest was filed by any person against said proposed annexation. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA AMA D0 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION l: That after due hearing regularly held upon due notice as hereinabove set forth and as in the films of thim proQeeding more particularly shown, we do 'find, declare, amd ordain that there is no protest nor obJeation, either written or o~al, to the annexation of the territory herein described to the City of Santa A~a, and we do further find that said territory is wholly uninhabited, and that ho person lives thereon. ~ECTION 2: That all of the uninhabited territory situated in the Oounty of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: That portion of Lot A of the Stafford and Tustin Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, at page 618 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Califor- nia, bounded amd described am follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the easterly line of said Lot A with the southerly line of ~lrst Street, and run~lng thence South 89o07' 30" west along said southerly line of First Street 363.18 feet;
