Expenditures for corresponding items for the cur- <br /> rent Fiscal Year including adjustments due to transfers between <br /> appropriations plus an estimate of expenditures necessary to com- <br /> plete the current year. <br /> <br /> G. Revenues for corresponding items for the last two <br /> Fiscal Years, together with actual revenues received for corres- <br /> ponding items during present Fiscal Year to date. <br /> <br /> H. The recommendation of the Administrative Officer as <br /> to the amounts to be appropriated with reasons therefor in such <br /> detail as the Council may direct. <br /> <br /> I. Such other information as is required by the Coun- <br /> cil or that the Administrative Officer may deem advisable to <br /> submit. <br /> <br /> J. An appropriation Ordinance for the Council to <br /> enact upon final approval of the budget. <br /> <br /> 16. To serve as ex-officio Personnel Officer of the City <br /> and shall have the responsibility of making effective, the pur- <br /> poses of all personnel Ordinances and the rules and regulations <br /> adopted pursuant thereto, not specifically reserved to the Civil <br /> Service Commission or the City Council. He shall establish and <br /> maintain or cause to be established and maintained, a roster of <br /> all Officials and employees of the City, together with other <br /> personnel records. The personnel records shall show the clas- <br /> sification of each Officer and employee, his name and address, <br /> his next of Kin and the salary attached to his office or class <br /> and such other personnel information as the City Council may re- <br /> ~uire. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the City ~dm~nistrator shall be appointed by <br />and may be removed by four-fifths vote of the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
