horizontal distance between the front lot line and a line par- <br /> allel thereto ~on the lot as required or permitted by this Or- <br /> dinance, or where a building is involved, the depth is the min- <br /> imum horizontal distance from the front lot line to the nearest <br /> enclosed portion of the main building or structure or the near- <br /> est portion of any enclosed or covered porch, except for pro- <br /> jections allowed by other provisions hereof. <br /> <br /> Yard, rear or rear yard: A yard extending across the full <br /> width of the lot between the rear lot line and a line parsllel <br /> thereto on the lot, except as otherwise provided in this Ordi- <br /> nance. The depth of the rear yard is the minim~um, horizontal <br /> distance between the rear lot line and a line parallel thereto <br /> on the lot as required by this Ordinance; or where a building <br /> is involved the depth is the minimum horizontal distance between <br /> the rear lot line and the nearest portion of any main building <br /> except as otherwise provided by this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Tard, side or side yard: A yard on each side of a lot be- <br /> tween any building on the lot and the nearest side lot line, ex- <br /> tending from the front yard, or front lot line where no front <br /> yard is reGuired, to the rear yard or rear lot line where no <br /> rear yard is required; the width of a side yard is the minimum, <br /> horizontal distance between the side lot line and the nearest <br /> portion of any building or structure on the lot except for pro- <br /> jections allowed by other provisions hereof. Where no building <br /> is involved the width of the side yard is the minimum horizontal <br /> distance between a side lot line and a ~ine parallel thereto as <br /> required by this Ordinance." <br /> <br /> Section 2: That Sub~a~d~ion (c) "Area Exceptions~ of Section ll <br />of said Ordinance No. 107~ be amended by adding new paragraphs thereto <br />at the end of the Part Numbered 3 and before the Part thereof N~mbered <br />~, to be numbered 3.5, in words and figures as follows: <br /> <br /> "3~5 Regardless of other front yard requirements hereof <br /> whether specified i~ provisions or indicated on the districting <br /> <br /> --2~ <br /> <br /> <br />
