This <br /> provision is also applicable to corner lots fronting on the same <br /> street as the interior lots in the same block. <br /> <br /> c. (1) No existing front yard for any existing building <br /> located on a parcel having 150 feet or more of frontage shall be <br /> considered to affect more than one-hundred (100) feet of frontage. <br /> <br /> (2) Buildings located entirely on the rear half of the <br /> lot shall not be counted in determining said average front yard <br /> depth. <br /> <br /> (3/ Front yard provisions of Paragraph 3 of Sub-section <br /> (c)of this Section may also be used as to a key lot and interior <br /> lot adjacent thereto. <br /> <br /> (4) For the purpose of Paragraph 3.5 of Sub-section (c) <br /> of this Section, the term "block" shall be defined as follows: <br /> <br /> "Block": All lots or parcels of land fronting on one <br />side of any curved or straight street between two intersecting <br />or intercepting streets or between one of such streets and a <br />railroad right-of-way, waterwey, end of dead-end street or City <br />boundary line, measured alohg the street line. An intercepting <br />street shall determine only the boundary of the frontage on the <br />side of the street which it intercepts. <br /> <br /> (5) Average front yard depths provided for under Sub- <br />section (c) 3.5, b hereof shall not apply to buildings, struc- <br />tures, or uses which are to be located more than 80 feet from <br />the side lot line of the lot on which the existing b~ilding is <br />located. <br /> <br /> (6) No building, structure, or use permitted generally <br />throughout the R-3 District, but which is proposed to be located <br />in any C-l, C-2, N-l, M-2 ~istrict, shall have a front yard of <br />less than ten (10) feet excepting as provided in Paragraph (dl i~- <br />mediately following this Paragraph. <br /> <br /> d. In the C-l, C-2, M-1 and M-2 District, the front and side <br />yards shall be waived for dwellin~s, hotels, and boarding or lodg- <br /> <br /> <br />
